To Whom it may concern;
We are writing to thank you for the amazing care Ione Perry has been receiving. It puts our minds at ease knowing she is in your care. What has impressed us the most is personalized care she has received. You create an atmosphere that can only be called a truly happy place. Most people dread placing their loved one in the care of a nursing home, but we are blessed that you are part of our community.
Ione has loved her stay since day one, and it has been more like a never ending summer camp for her. Each day is a new adventure in fun, and we know a great deal of effort goes into planning these activities. We witnessed on more than one occasion various staff members taking the time to ensure each resident is involved and able to participate in the activities. They want no-one left out and desire that everyone knows they are important part of the nursing community.
My wife and I visit daily, and we have yet to see the facility in less that excellent condition. The place sparkles with cleanliness and the staff is always incredibly courteous and attentive.
One thing that is near and dear to our hearts is the fact that any time a need arisen or Ione’s health, mood or spirit changes for better or worse, we were always contacted. If we go out of town, extra attention and monitoring is given in our absence and always updated upon return. The staff encourage Family & friends of residents to get involved through visitation & phone call. We know she is left in incredibly capable loving hands, and words cannot express our gratitude.
Thank you for the time and attention.
Sincerely Ed & Janet Miller
