Signature Hosts “Tiny Dancers”

On April 27th, Miss Amy’s School of the Arts gave a performance for the elders at Signature HealthCare of Erin. Their performances included a dance style in the theme of Dr. Seuss, more notably recognized as a “Seussical,” and a dance routine to Crocodile Rock.

A solo performance was given by Miss Sophia Alford who is a platinum, “pretty pose,” and costume award winner at Starquest, and at KAR (Junior Dance Performance Competition) she received a top first award, 1st in her division of lyrical, and 3rd overall out of 50 entries. Sophia’s solo performance was to the theme “Over the Rainbow.”

“We love for our elders to interact with the youth and these young ladies gave an outstanding performance! One the residents continue to talk about,” said Lisa Moore. Miss Amy’s School of the Arts will continue to compete throughout the state of Tennessee this coming year and Signature HealthCARE looks forward to seeing another performance from these very talented young ladies!
