Lois Gallivan Family

I am writing to share with you my appreciation and highly regarded respect that I hold for your facility. My mother was in this facility a year ago and when my 88 year old mother-in-law became ill my husband and I highly recommended this facility to his other family members for their mother’s placement.

Robin Lyle, with admissions, made the transition from the former placement to Signature a pleasant one. She had all paperwork in place and ensured that my brother-in-law who is the P.O.A was well informed of each and every detail of the process and was agreeable, as well as, pleased with the policies. She completed the process by offering her continual services during and following our family member’s placement. What more could one want?? She bonds well and develops lasting relationships with her clients.

Billie Wallace Family

My sister, Billie Frank Wallace has a long history of conflict and disruptions with life, family, and the general public. There have been many incidents that have created heartache for those close to her. In present, at Signature Healthcare in Erin Tenn, she is in the very best situation in her life. She appears to be in a warm, wellfed, clean, safe environment. She seems to be content and satisfied with her situation. Her family in general, to my knowledge, is extremely greatful and pleased with the staff and facility at Signature.
Thank You
James Wallace

Aubrey Patterson Family

I really hate the way I had to get here. So much pain, so many hours working to get back to square one. I could not of done it if it wasnt for the help of everyone. I don’t care how high office you hold you all were there for all of us. My plans are to come back and see all my new friends.
Please keep up the good team work.

Love to all

My stay here (as brief as it was) was very nice. The staff here are most polite and helpful. I do appreciate everyone’s assistance with me. The meals here are not like home, but for the most part they werent bad at all, only just a few I didn’t like. This has to be the most clean and odor free facility my daughter and I have ever been in. No wonder this place has a five star rating. The animals are a very nice tough. I enjoyed petting the dogs and the Alpachas. I will definitely use this facility again should I require it. Also, I will highly recommend it to others. Thank you for making my stay bearable.

Mrs. Pennyan is my mother. Im writing to say that Bambi in Therapy has been so awesome with her. Im so thankful that God allowed her to be one of her caregivers. She truly has a heart of gold and is so good with and to her. I could never repay Bambi for all the kindness she has shown my mother and me.

Thank you so much for the wonderful care I received at Signature Health Care o Erin. Every single one of my needs were met with smiles and enthusiasm. The place is very clean and neat, the food was wonderful. I couldn’t have ask for a better place to rehabilitate. The nursing staff was always there when I needed them, the housekeepers and kitchen staff were great. I was so impressed by the beautiful gardens that that I could look out to see and the love that went into keeping them.  The spiritual devotion every morning in the dining room was uplifting and inspiring and I believe made a difference in my recovery. I was very hesitant at first when the mention of a “nursing home” was made, but I thank Go I found such a wonderful place that literally turned my life around. I am home now and doing better than I have in 2 years, and I have Signature Health Care of Erin to thank for that.

My mother is a resident her and my grandmother was here the last four years of her life.  My grandmother lived to be 100 and wanted to be a help to others, even 100.  A kind word to encourage others. To have a friend you must first be a friend. I saw first how the residents and staff become like an extended family.  I was encouraged by their acts of kindness, showing love, not just doing a job.

Today I try to visit my mother as often as I can. I am always greeted by friendly staff. I am encouraged by their efforts to make today brighter.

A few years ago ask the Lord to help me with playing the piano, and he has. I feel like the Lord wants me to use my playing to be an encouragement to others and lift up the name of Jesus. I come to be a blessing, but always receive more than a blessing.

To Whom it may concern;

We are writing to thank you for the amazing care Ione Perry has been receiving. It puts our minds at ease knowing she is in your care.  What has impressed us the most is personalized care she has received. You create an atmosphere that can only be called a truly happy place. Most people dread placing their loved one in the care of a nursing home, but we are blessed that you are part of our community.

Ione has loved her stay since day one, and it has been more like a never ending summer camp for her.  Each day is a new adventure in fun, and we know a great deal of effort goes into planning these activities. We witnessed on more than one occasion various staff members taking the time to ensure each resident is involved and able to participate in the activities. They want no-one left out and desire that everyone knows they are important part of the nursing community.
